Job Description

In this highly autonomous KEY role, reporting to the HEAD senior Conveyancing Lawyer, you will relish and delight taking full ownership of your own conveyancing practice in their winning Property/Conveyancing division. In particular, you will be actively engaged in:
Running your own property projects (approx 95% off-the-plan residential developments+ 5% existing residential property) managing the entire conveyance from pre-contract review to post-settlement using PEXA;
Preparing sale contracts;
Liaising with purchasers/their solicitors, banks, real estate agents, and other third parties at every stage of the transaction to prepare all required correspondence and legal documents.

About the Candidate
are a conveyancer or a conveyancing paralegal with 4 years or more experience in conveyancing including off-the-plan residential property projects (essential) in either a law firm or in-house;
have proven ability to autonomously manage from pre-exchange to post-settlement off-the-plan conveyancing files (essential);
are proactive, meticulous+ have robust written drafting and time prioritisation skills;
have solid communication/interpersonal+an enthusiastic positive attitude;
have proven ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment [essential];
have experience with PEXA and LEAP;
