We’re seekingSenior HR Advisor to join a site-based teams in the Dysartregion , supporting a large mining operations with practical HR advice, hands-on support, and room to grow.
You’ll work closely with theHR superintendent on site. This is a great prospect for someone already based in the Bowen Basin, looking to step into a more autonomous role and also grow your career while still having robust HR leadership around you.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide day-to-day HR support to supervisors and team leads
Support and coordinate investigations, performance processes,
and compliance matters
Help drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Maintain HR documentation and assist with reporting/metrics
Support employee engagement and people systems improvement
Liaise with corporate HR and Talent teams for alignment
What we’re looking for:
Previous HR experience in mining or industrial settings
Comfortable working onsite and independently when needed
Understanding of award interpretation and Fair Work obligations
Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
