Bevilles is on a mission to become Australia's ultimate destination for value jewellery - and we're looking for a dedicated Retail Assistan t to help keep our The Willows store running seamlessly behind the scenes.

This is not a sales-driven role. There are no sales targets and no weekend work required. Instead, you'll be the operational backbone of the store - the person who keeps everything organised, effective, and running smoothly each day.

What Yo’ll Be Doing
Maintaining a beautifully presented, clean, and well-merchandised store
Managing stock flow, inventory accuracy, repairs, lay-bys, and promotions
Supporting point-of-sale processes and store administration
Fulfilling Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect & Ship from Store)
Acting as the "glue" of the store - supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills




A proactive, hands-on approach
Pride in maintaining high standards
A team-oriented and supportive team mindset
Previous retail or administrative experience (preferred but not essential)

Roster:

Part-Time | 15 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 11am-3pm with the potential to flex up to cover leave etc.
