You will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of catering supplies.
Your responsibilities will include
Accurate recording and storage of deliveries, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Managing stock through our inventory systems and carrying out regular stock counts
Supporting our production kitchens with timely and precise preparation of catering items for airside uplift.
Adhering to all aviation security, food safety, and WHS regulations.
Communication with various teams to ensure seamless operation.
