Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day store operations with a solid and visible floor presence Inspire, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to build future leaders Deliver outstanding customer experiences in line with Universal Store service standards Drive sales performance and store profitability through solid cost and productivity management Manage rostering, budgets, and scheduling to achieve business and payroll targets Maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards, and overall store efficiency Recruit, train, and support team members through transparent, honest, and constructive feedback Uphold and role‑model Universal Store’s values, culture,
