Air Diffusion is a large wholesaler and manufacturer of Air Conditioning products with eleven locations around Australia.

Located in Darwin, we are seeking a full time internal Counter Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, customer service team member.

Key duties will include:

Counter sales.

Processing & follow up of customer orders, quotes and telephone enquiries.

Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products.

Build and strengthen key customer relationships and value add to an existing customer base.

Liaising with warehouse and production teams

Picking / Packing / checking orders and ensuring paperwork is correct.

Assisting in checking and maintaining inventory.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

Ability to build and maintain solid relationships.

Experience in customer service and sales.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Computer Literacy.

Experience in the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Industry would be preferred but not essential.

Solid attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure.
