What You’ll Do
Manage the daily operations of a high-volume retail store
Lead, motivate, and develop your team
Drive sales and achieve store targets
Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation
Oversee stock control and inventory management
Ensure a safe and positive environment for customers and staff

What We’re Looking For
Retail management experience (Store Manager or similar)
Strong leadership and team-building skills




Experience working to sales targets and KPIs
Hands-on approach with a positive, “lead by example” attitude
