About Tooletries

Tooletries is a premium grooming tools and shower accessories brand born in Brisbane and sold globally through Amazon (AU, US, UK), Shopify, and leading retailers including Nordstrom, Myer, and Urban Outfitters. We're small, quick, ambitious, and building a brand that shows up everywhere our customers do.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own the socials end to end. You'll be creating content daily, running influencer campaigns across two continents, and working directly with our marketing and creative teams to grow brand awareness and drive traffic to Shopify and Amazon.

You'll report directly into the Head of Brand and have real ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

· Own our social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook for both AU and US markets.

· Film, present and edit engaging short form video content weekly.

· Spot trends fast and turn them into on brand content that performs.

· Run influencer campaigns end to end: outreach, negotiation, briefing, gifting, tracking and reporting.

· Manage our Amazon Creator Connections program





· Brief our internal graphic design team on creative assets to support campaigns and product launches.

· Report weekly on channel growth, engagement, and campaign ROI.

Essential

· 2+ years managing social media for a consumer brand

· Solid working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and creator/influencer marketing.

· Experience running influencer or affiliate campaigns.

· Highly organised with excellent project management skills.

· Based in Brisbane and able to work in office.

Bonus Points

· Photography and video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).

· Experience with Amazon Creator Connections or affiliate platforms.

· Existing personal social following.

· Experience working across AU and US markets.
