Social Media Manager & Content Producer

We're looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Producer to take ownership of our social presence and help shape how our brand connects with customers, candidates, and employees across multiple platforms.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the entire content journey, from concept development and content planning through to filming, editing, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis.

You'll have the opportunity to:
Create engaging short-form video and visual content
Own and manage social media content calendars
Develop creative campaigns aligned with brand and business goals
Engage with online communities and build audience advocacy
Analyse performance data and optimise content strategy
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging social conversations

We're looking for someone who brings:




2–3 years' experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
Solid video editing and content production skills
Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability
A strong understanding of social media trends and platform nuances
A balance of creative thinking and data-driven decision making
