We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Chemical Blender to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately blending chemical products according to approved formulas, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Measure, weigh, and blend raw materials according to batch sheets and standard operating procedures.
Operate and monitor blending, mixing, and filling equipment.
Perform quality checks and record production data accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of blending equipment and work areas.
Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Identify and report equipment faults or production issues.
Assist with stock control and material handling as required.
Work collaboratively with production and quality assurance teams.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in chemical manufacturing, blending, or production is preferred.
Ability to follow written instructions and formulas accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Valuable numeracy and record-keeping skills.
Ability to safely handle chemicals and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
