The Prospect

Due to growth, we are seeking a skilled labourer to join our Sydney Retirement Living site team working across a variety of locations including the North Mead and Castle areas. This key role will report to a Site Manager and work on a portfolio of multiple unit turnovers from start to finish. Some key responsibilities include:
Day-to-day tasks with a focus on fix and fit off.
Work closely with key subcontractors
Adhere to OHS policies and procedures
Ensure construction projects are built in line with building regulations and to schedule.

Skilled labourer who shows initiative and professionalism
Experience in residential construction




Competent multitasker with the ability to work on multiple small projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a close-knit team
Valid driver’s license and White Card
Exhibit high attention to detail and pride in workmanship
