Lyka is seeking a People Systems & Operations Specialist to be the beating heart of our Pack. You’ll own the employee lifecycle end-to-end, from onboarding through changes to departure, ensuring policy, pay, leave and process are exact and scalable.

You'll be the go-to expert on our HRIS (Rippling) and data, build transparent SOPs, partner with Payroll, Finance and Legal, and drive improvements through projects with solid program management and cross-functional collaboration.
