You will play a key role in delivering road construction projects from planning through to completion. Acting as the Superintendents Representative, you will oversee site activities, manage contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of road and drainage infrastructure projects Develop and implement project management plans (methodology, procurement, safety, environmental and traffic plans) Supervise site activities and coordinate day labour and contractors
Administer contracts, assess progress claims, and manage variations Monitor project performance, costs, and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks Provide technical advice and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Engage with internal stakeholders and respond to community enquiries where required About You
You are a proactive and technically strong civil engineer with proven experience delivering infrastructure projects in a construction workplace. Successful candidate Degree in Civil Engineering
Excellent stakeholder engagement/ relationship building Experience delivering TMR / Council projects Demonstrated experience in civil construction (roads and drainage highly regarded)
Solid background in contract administration and project delivery Experience acting as Superintendent or Superintendents Representative (preferred) Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively
Knowledge of WHS requirements in construction Current drivers license and White Card
