Are you an organised administrator looking for a versatile opportunity on a major infrastructure project?

We're seeking a Site Administrator to join the team in Port Lincoln, providing administrative support to the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E;) team.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, has strong Excel skills and is looking for a role with flexibility around working hours.

The Role Reporting to the Project Team, you'll be responsible for a range of day-to-day administrative duties including:
Setting up and maintaining timesheets
Generating dockets
Raising purchase requisitions
Following up invoices
Entering project events
Maintaining the weld register through accurate data entry
Providing general administrative support to the M&E; team

About You We're looking for someone who has:
Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, engineering or a site-based setting
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel




Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
Strong communication skills
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
