Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Trades Assistant - Service & Cleaning

Chillin NT' is seeking an enthusiastic Air Conditioning Trades Assistant to join our team in Darwin, NT. As an Air Conditioning Trades Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing service and cleaning support to our air conditioning and refrigeration technicians, contributing to the efficient and effective delivery of our services.

Key responsibilities
Assist air conditioning and refrigeration technicians with installation, service, and maintenance tasks
Perform cleaning and basic maintenance on air conditioning units and related equipment
Support technicians in the preparation and organisation of work sites
Ensure work areas are kept clean, protected, and well-organised
Provide general labour support as needed to complete projects
Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for




Some experience in the air conditioning or trades industry, or a willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Valuable physical fitness and the ability to lift and move equipment as required
A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
