Newcastle Anglican is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join on a permanent Part time basis at our Aged Care Facility Bishop Tyrell Place in Cundletown. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care home.

Role & Responsibilities:
Actively promote Anglican Care’s positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
Consistent delivery of person-centred care to residents in our facilities
Observe confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
Abide by Aged Care Standards
Work as an effective team member
About you?
Certificate III/IV in Individual or Ageing Support, or 2nd/3rd Yr RN student
Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to accurately document resident's care/progress
