Working early shifts and finishing up with the whole afternoon to yourself. Get your day started, make a real difference, and still have time for the gym, school pick-up, study, or just downtime -every single day.
Morning shift structure - start early, finish by early
Ongoing training and career development
Permanent part time or casual - your choice
What You'll Be Doing
Support participants with morning routines - personal care, breakfast, medication prompts
Help participants start their day with confidence and independence
Support community access and daily living tasks
Keep accurate, skilled documentation
Build genuine, trusting relationships with the people you support
What We're Looking For
Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care
SIL or NDIS experience highly regarded
An early riser who brings energy and warmth to the morning shift
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Driver's Licence
Reliable, compassionate, and outstanding at building rapport
