Gather and document business requirements.
Conduct stakeholder workshops and process mapping.
Support ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, and workflow implementations.
Prepare User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, and UAT documents.
Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
