Kenbury is working with a leading global investment and advisory platform seeking an Analyst to join its growing Technology team in Sydney.

This is an excellent chance for an early-career candidate to gain hands-on experience across high-profile M&A; transactions within the technology sector. The successful candidate will join a high-performing, collaborative team and work closely with senior bankers across the full transaction lifecycle.

The role will include:
Supporting the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A; transactions
Building financial models and undertaking detailed valuation analysis
Preparing pitch books, information memoranda and transaction materials
Conducting company, industry and market research
Assisting with due diligence and transaction coordination
Developing exposure to technology businesses across areas such as software, fintech, digital infrastructure and technology-enabled services

The ideal candidate will have:




18 months + M&A; advisory related experience
Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
A genuine interest in technology and technology-driven business models
An excellent academic record
Robust attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills
The ability to perform effectively within a fast-paced and demanding environment

Candidates may currently be working within an investment bank, independent corporate advisory firm, Big Four M&A; team, or another relevant financial advisory setting.
