The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join a well-established fire protection business based in Melbourne. Supporting a busy service and maintenance team, you'll be responsible for coordinating technicians, managing service jobs and ensuring a high level of customer service.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start, ideal for someone who enjoys a rapid-paced environment and thrives in a team-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule technicians for service, maintenance and repair works
Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance jobs from start to finish
Prepare repair quotations, costings and variations
Raise purchase orders
Liaise with clients, technicians and suppliers
Process invoicing and complete job close-out
Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation




Provide administrative support to the Service Managers

About You To be successful, you'll have:
Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Service Scheduler or similar
Experience within the Fire Protection or HVAC industry
Strong working knowledge of Uptick
Experience preparing repair quotations and variations
The ability to manage a high volume of service and maintenance jobs
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
