Service Centre Manager – Caringbah Automotive Glass Service Centre O’Brien® Automotive Glass is looking for an experienced, motivated and people‑driven leader to take on the full‑time role of Service Centre Manager at our Caringbah Automotive Glass Service Centre. This role is focused on leading a high‑performing team, shaping customer experience, and driving operational success.

Responsibilities - Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage key stakeholder relationships including customers, insurers and local suppliers.
Oversee daily and weekly scheduling to ensure workflow efficiency.
Coach and develop team members through ongoing learning prospects.
Monitor performance, meet KPIs and manage budgets.
Drive a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications - Experience as a People Leader (or ready to step into your first leadership role).

Confidence analysing branch data and using systems effectively.

Background or interest in the automotive industry (highly regarded).
