The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the business, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing legal risks. This role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on corporate governance, and supporting various business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice on a range of issues including corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. - Draft and review contracts and other legal documents. - Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary. - Support the business in various initiatives and projects.
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor or equivalent legal qualification. - 5+ years of experience in a corporate legal setting. - Robust understanding of corporate law and compliance. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
