Capricorn is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to lead the end-to-end delivery of Australian Skilled Migration's recruitment and migration operations from Melbourne. You will ensure timely case progression, manage workloads and uphold regulatory and compliance standards.
The role is hands-on, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching Migration Agents and Assistants, and using data to identify improvement prospects across the migration function, governance and service quality.
