FRS Security is seeking experienced and dedicated Security Officers / Crowd Controllers to join our team and provide security services for major events and stadiums in the Melbourne area. This is a part time role based in Melbourne, offering flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
Controlling and directing the flow of crowds to prevent overcrowding or unsafe situations
Responding to incidents and emergencies, providing first aid where necessary
Enforcing venue policies and procedures to maintain order
Reporting any issues or incidents to the relevant authorities and management
Providing a high level of customer service to patrons
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a security or crowd control role, ideally in an event or stadium environment
A current Security Officer and/or Crowd Controller licence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patrons, staff and emergency services
The ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
Excellent observation and problem-solving skills
A commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for all
