Key Responsibilities
Deliver attentive, polished, and personalised table service, ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience.
Provide informed recommendations on menu selections, wine pairings, and beverages, demonstrating sound food and wine knowledge.
Accurately take and process food and beverage orders while maintaining productive service standards.
Maintain the presentation, cleanliness,



and organisation of the dining room in accordance with venue standards.
Collaborate closely with the front and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.

About You
Current RSA certification (essential).
Intermediate knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
Previous experience in a quality hospitality environment is highly regarded.
Qualified presentation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain composed and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
