About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives. You'll drive solution architecture, multi-cloud strategy, integrations, AI innovation, and technical governance while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring scalable, secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end Salesforce and multi-cloud solutions.
Lead integration, data architecture, and enterprise solution design.
Produce high- and low-level solution designs.
Provide technical leadership, governance, and code/design reviews.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Business, and Delivery teams.
Drive Salesforce best practices, DevOps, and release management.
Champion Agentforce and GenAI capabilities across Salesforce solutions.





Must-Have Skills
12+ years of IT experience with solid Salesforce Architecture expertise.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect & System Architect (Mandatory).
Expertise in Apex, LWC, LWR, JavaScript, Trigger Framework, and Data Modelling.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
Robust knowledge of Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement, and up-to-date Salesforce architecture.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge.
Marketing Cloud experience.
Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, Pre-sales, POCs, and Solution Design.
