Full time position
Check daily orders by customer run
Ensuring correct product is packed for each order
Ability to process a different variety of fish species
Scaling, cleaning and packing/labelling experience
Ability to do quick and accurate work with hands
Exceptional attention to detail
Operation of manual pallet jacks or use of forklift
Requires a very good knowledge of seafood to understand quality requirements and to visually identify fish and shellfish against order specs.

Successful applicants must have
A robust knowledge in fresh seafood
Valuable communication skills
Ability to work within a fast-paced production team
