Darwin Motor Group is seeking an Experienced Warranty Administrator to join our busy and qualified service team. Representing a wide range of leading automotive brands, this role is critical to ensuring accurate warranty processing and strong manufacturer compliance.

About the Role

As the Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of warranty claims, working closely with Service and Parts teams to ensure claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
Liaise with service advisors, technicians, parts staff, and manufacturers
Maintain transparent, accurate, and well-organised warranty records
Respond to warranty-related enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Stay current with manufacturer warranty updates and bulletins

About You




Previous experience in an automotive Warranty Administrator role (essential)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Sound understanding of manufacturer warranty processes
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace
