The Role

A rare opportunity has become available to work alongside one of our established agency partners, Corina Nesci, and a highly experienced senior agent in our Bowral office. We are seeking a driven and confident Sales Assistant with outstanding communication skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team, providing key support across sales, and client engagement.

Duties include, but are not limited to
Buyer communication and follow-up across stock and database enquiries
In-house CRM system management and data integrity
Assisting with open homes, listing presentations and auctions
Client callbacks, buyer feedback and written reports
Ad hoc sales administration duties when required
Meeting daily and weekly prospecting and activity targets
Attending weekly sales training, sales meetings and company events
Systems/platforms including Agent box, RP Data, RateMyAgent, RealHub, REA.com,



Domain, Smart Sheets, social media platforms, Shire Maps

What You'll Need
Previous experience within the real estate industry is essential
Must be available to work the required full time hours, including Saturdays
Completed Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is essential
Must hold Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisation and time management abilities
Highly presentable, professional and friendly
Ability to work well under pressure
High attention to detail and solid follow-up skills
Comfortable managing detailed admin and data entry
Motivated to build a long-term career in real estate
