Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga is seeking an experienced Teacher to join our School Improvement Services Team as School Improvement Officer – Student Engagement & Wellbeing.

In this influential role, you'll work alongside principals and school leaders to strengthen student wellbeing, inclusion and engagement across our Catholic school communities. You'll lead strategic initiatives, build capability through coaching and professional learning, and help ensure every student is supported to achieve their potential.

You'll also provide leadership in areas including student wellbeing frameworks, counselling services, child protection, mental health, professional learning and support for students with diverse and complex needs.





About You

You are an experienced educational leader with a passion for improving outcomes for students through solid wellbeing practices. You bring outstanding relationship-building skills, strategic thinking and the ability to support leaders to navigate complex student matters.
