We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our Sydney team, supporting and maintaining mission-critical systems across industrial, infrastructure, and data-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of SCADA and control systems (including AVEVA System Platform, Ignition, Niagara, and PlantSCADA)
Manage and resolve system incidents, tickets, and service requests in line with agreed SLAs
Perform troubleshooting, fault finding, and root cause analysis across SCADA, PLC, and integrated systems
Support upgrades, patches, and system improvements to ensure reliability, performance, and security
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality operational support and enhancements

Who You Are
Proven experience in a SCADA/Control Systems/Automation Engineering role within industrial, BMS, or data centre environments




Strong hands-on experience with AVEVA/Wonderware (System Platform, Ignition, Niagara) or similar SCADA technologies
Familiarity with PLC platforms (e.g. Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, TIA Portal, WinCC) and industrial communications (OPC, MODBUS, BACNET)
Experienced in support environments, including ticketing systems, incident management, and troubleshooting
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system reliability
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and end users
