Job Position - SAP FICO Consultant Experience - 5+ years Location - Melbourne, Australia - Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of SAP consulting experience to support and enhance our SAP ECC 6.0 ERP workplace.

Qualifications

Degree qualification in Finance, Information Technology, Business or related discipline preferred.

SAP certification in FICO is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

SAP FICO Functional Support

Provide day-to-day SAP FICO functional support within a production SAP ECC setting.

Analyse and resolve SAP Finance incidents, service requests and business issues.

Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.

Support business users with SAP process queries and system improvements.

Ensure timely resolution of SAP support tickets in line with agreed service levels.

Participate in SAP change management, testing and deployment activities

SAP Finance & Controlling Expertise

Provide functional support and configuration expertise across:

SAP Financial Accounting (FI)

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Asset Accounting (AA)





Banking and Electronic Bank Statements

Financial posting processes

Tax and compliance-related processes

Period-end and year-end closing activities

SAP Controlling (CO)

Cost Centre Accounting

Internal Orders

Profit Centre Accounting

Cost allocations and assessments
