Key Responsibilities
Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences.
Design,customise, and deliver training materials to meet diverse learning needs.
Identify learner strengths, development areas, and progression goals.
Monitor participation and learning outcomes, providing support where required.
Maintain accurate learner records and relevant documentation.
Contribute to the review and enhancement of training programs and resources.
Foster positive and qualified relationships with learners and key stakeholders.




Ensure all training activities are delivered in line withorganisationalstandards, policies, and compliance requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), or currently working towards obtaining this qualification.
Demonstrated experience delivering training, workshops, education programs, or facilitated learning activities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to inspire, engage, and support learners from a range of backgrounds.
Experience creating or adapting learning materials and training resources.
Strongorganisationalskills with the ability to manage documentation and competing priorities.
Commitment to inclusive, supportive, and learner-focused practices.
