Australian Venue Co. Bayswater Bar & Grill in Hervey Bay is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our coastal dining venue. You will work with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and maintain high standards.

The role covers mentoring, food quality, safety, ordering, and rostering, with a rotating roster including nights and weekends. We offer market-market-market-competitive salary, staff discounts, and ongoing training across AVC's 250+ venues.
