About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Farm Supervisor / 2IC to support our Farm Manager in day-to-day operations. This is a hands‑on, varied role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem‑solving, and teamwork in an outdoor environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:




Overseeing retail fishing and customer service activities
Managing fish processing and retail stock
Assisting with fish production, including feeding, reproduction, grading, and general maintenance
Supporting seasonal operations during weekends and school holidays

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
Physically fit and comfortable with manual, outdoor work
Reliable and available to work weekends and peak holiday periods
A proactive team player who can take initiative and solve problems
Eager to learn and take pride in doing a great job

Bonus Skills (not Essential But Highly Regarded):
Experience in aquaculture, mechanical or maintenance work, or tourism
Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with farm equipment
