Total Tools & Hardware Group (Part of Metcash) in Brisbane region is seeking a hands-on Distribution Centre Supervisor (Night Shift). You will lead a high-performing warehouse team on the floor, drive operational excellence and foster a protected, productive workplace with a compressed 4‑day week schedule.

The role runs Sunday night to Thursday morning, 8:00pm–6:00am, with a 3‑day weekend. You’ll coach staff, improve processes and ensure inventory accuracy while delivering customer service and safety
