They produce high-quality, innovative wellness products and are expanding their footprint across both major retail channels and digital platforms. It’s a fast-paced environment with strong commercial backing and big plans for expansion.

About The Role

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will step in as the strategic and operational lead for the marketing function. Your core focus will be scaling brand awareness and driving profitable revenue across retail and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
Strategy & Brand: Own the national brand identity, annual marketing calendar, and campaign strategies.
Digital & eCommerce: Drive performance marketing (Meta, Google, Klaviyo) and continuously optimize conversion, SEO, CAC, and ROAS metrics.
Trade & Retail Support: Partner with major retail accounts to deliver trade marketing, POS execution, and promotional alignment.
Product & NPD: Oversee recent product development from concept to shelf, including packaging artwork and regulatory compliance.
Team & Agency Leadership: Manage digital agencies,



external creative freelancers, and internal cross-functional relationships.

About You
Experience: 5+ years of end-to-end marketing management within FMCG, health, wellness, or consumer products.
Digital Acumen: Deep understanding of performance channels, web conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.
Commercial Mindset: Proven ability to manage budgets, measure direct ROI/ROAS, and align creative ideas with commercial targets.
Execution Focus: Comfortable operating at both a high strategic level and getting hands-on with asset creation and campaign launches.
