As a Territory Manager for the Neuromodulation portfolio, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, supporting patients, and partnering with healthcare professionals to deliver cutting-edge pain management solutions across a Brisbane North territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will get to be a part of a dynamic team focused on improving patient outcomes and advancing the adoption of cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth by partnering with key clients to increase the adoption of the implantable portfolio.
Clinical Support: Provide clinical guidance and support to patients in collaboration with a dedicated Clinical Specialist.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain solid relationships with healthcare professionals.
Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyse sales data to identify recent opportunities, monitor performance,



and develop strategies to achieve growth targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute initiatives.

About You:
Proven Sales Experience: A successful track record in medical devices, ideally in implantable technology.
Business Acumen: The ability to navigate a competitive market and identify strategic opportunities.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with both healthcare professionals and patients.
Clinical & Technical Aptitude: Experience working with challenging patients and a strong grasp of clinical concepts.
