The Sales Associate role is designed to fulfil multiple roles within an agency, but also provide sales applicants, not quite ready for sales but with excellent long term potential, a explicit pathway into a genuine real estate sales career. The role and the respective tasks for each can be broken up as follows:

Prospecting Responsibilities
Prospect for Sellers - use prospecting sources as per Winning Ways
Build and develop their own Personal Marketplace (PMP)

Support Responsibilities
Arrange, attend and report on post contract inspections (i.e. Building Inspections, Bank Valuations, Pre-settlement inspections)
Attend property inspections
Make appointments for Sales team
Assist Sellers to showcase their properties by helping them source services and tradespeople
Erect and install For Sale/Under Contract/Sold signs
Deliver pre-pamp materials




Assist with production and dissemination of marketing materials - flyer deliveries
Attend photo appointments
Shopping for office supplies, collecting stationery orders & mail
Prepare and distribute gift packs/platters/Gingerbreads to recent buyers
Input data into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Efficiently attend to any other administrative tasks as directed
Constantly study how to improve knowledge, skills and attitude and then apply what has been learnt
