SH Build is seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join our Gove-based team. This role manages two active maintenance contracts and provides broader office and project administration support from our regional office in Gove.
You will coordinate maintenance works, manage on-call rosters, track labour, prepare invoices, and act as the main contact for clients, tenants and subcontractors. Solid organisational skills and a passion for systems will help you succeed.
