Bestbar Reinforcements has a vacancy for an Office Manager at their business in Northern Territory. The purpose of this role will be to organise and control the functions and resources of the office setting such as administrative systems and office personnel. This is a permanent, full time position. Skills, Qualifcations and Experience To qualify for this position, you will have:
Diploma, Advanced Diploma or at least 3 years relevant experience
Exposure to and understanding of manufacturing settings
Proven experience with reinforcing operating systems i.e Graitec Arma+, ASA etc
Impeccable inter-personal relationship skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral tasks
Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
Managing records and accounts of the office
Liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems
Managing physical facilities and ensuring buildings and equipment are maintained
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision
Remuneration/Salary $90,000-$110,000 per annum. Remuneration will reflect current market conditions and industry award rates. To be discussed with the successful applicant.
