Ahrens is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Port Hedland site. This role is in office Monday to Friday, with a versatile FIFO arrangement. You will drive processes, systems and practices to maximise performance and profitability, while guiding a team and embedding best practice across the operation.
You will own budgets, forecasts, and cost control, lead project delivery, and report on financial and project performance. Solid leadership and communication are essential.
