City of Greater Geraldton is seeking a part time Customer Experience Officer to join the Customer Experience Team in Geraldton. The role involves handling customer interactions across face-to-face, email, phone, and digital channels, aiming for high-quality service delivery and first contact resolution.

The position is permanent part time (30.4 hours per fortnight) working on Thursdays and Fridays, with a salary from AU$76,072 per annum pro rata.
