Resort is searching for a Retail Manager - IGA to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia/'s most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

Key Duties - Leading the IGA Supermarket team in product presentation and merchandising.
Driving sales revenue by enhancing the average spend of guests and residents, and ensuring that profit targets are met - Daily management of staff, ensuring that they are aligned with the business/'s short, medium, and long-term plans.
Maintain IGA compliance measures, including conducting daily temperature checks and weights calibration.
