Tallan Group is a growing construction and insurance building repairs company based in North Lakes. We’re looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our construction team to support our growing workload.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering end-to-end programming, planning and delivery of construction projects for our clients and customers.
Driving safety, quality and commercial performance across all stages.
Managing & communicating with internal trades, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders at a high level.
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting and financial control on projects.
Identifying and managing risks.
Upholding a robust safety culture and commitment to premium delivery standards.

Essential Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction.




Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
Supervisors License.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Advanced written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
