What you’ll do

Our RESTAUANT MANAGER takes pride in preparing and serving quick, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. Setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant operations including the customer experience, workplace culture, and financial results.
Managing your team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving any employee issues including grievances
Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
Ordering of stock from various suppliers
Office administration duties such as paperwork, cash handling, payroll
Compiling, preparing, and maintaining profit and loss statements, budgets, and cost controls with regard to cost of goods and labour
Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurant
Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety

What you’ll bring




Restaurant Management experience in a rapid paced QSR DRIVE THRU environment for a MINIMUM of 2 years
Food Safety Supervisor and First Aid trained MANDATORY
HIGHLY DESIRABLE skills and experience in stock control and inventory management system
Passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant– focused on exceptional customer service, working together, delegating and following up.
Ability to spot the champions in store to develop into Supervisors and Managers
Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleagues
Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed, and neat appearance at all times
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer levels as required
