Responsibilities
Coordinating maintenance activities that support critical infrastructure across Western Australia's healthcare, industrial and resources sectors
Creating and managing work orders so they are accurate, clear and ready to execute
Owning the maintenance backlog and driving overdue work to completion
Building and maintaining a forward plan so technicians have explicit, achievable workloads and work is ready when needed
Coordinating labour and jobs to improve productivity and efficiency in the field
Acting as the key point of coordination between customers, technicians, engineers and internal teams
Ensuring all compliance, access and documentation requirements are completed before work starts
Identifying issues early and resolving them before they impact customers or operational delivery
Driving continuous improvement in planning processes, work management and service delivery
Qualifications
Robust planning and organisational skills, with the ability to stay in control in a quick-paced environment
Experience planning and coordinating maintenance, service or field-based work within an industrial, engineering, manufacturing, utilities or mining environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep work moving across a large and varied backlog
Clear communicator who can work effectively with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders
Takes ownership and follows through to completion
Practical problem solver who can work through gaps, obstacles and changing priorities
Comfortable using business systems and maintaining high-quality work order data. Experience with SAP is desirable
Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, service coordination or work management is preferred
