FWSR Group owns and operates a well-established Registered Training Organisation with delivery locations across Victoria. We are looking to engage an experienced Business Development Manager on a permanent basis to the lead the next stage of growth for our RTO in the Melbourne Metropolitan region. We are seeking a commercially minded, sales-driven leader who enjoys strengthening current partnerships and creating recent prospects for growth while leading a passionate team committed to delivering quality safety training to students across a broad range of industries.
Reporting to the CEO, you will focus on strengthening existing partnerships while growing the client and student base.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of business development or sales experience.
You will be responsible for:
Growing student enrolments through strategic business development
Developing recent partnerships across various industry sectors
Identifying current commercial opportunities
Leading a small team of experienced of trainers
Maintaining current client relationships
Working towards established KPI’s
Selling training related products
About You
Proven business development success within education, training or safety services (highly regarded)
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (highly desirable0)
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Experience developing strategic partnerships and growing client portfolios
Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on approach to business development
Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
A collaborative leadership style with a genuine passion for people and the ability to work in a team workplace

Current VIC Working with Children Check
Current National Criminal History Check
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (preferable) or proven sales experience in an educational setting or safety industry setting
