We are recruiting to support growing project demand and deliver high quality BMS outcomes.
The Role
Deliver BMS and EMS projects across commercial buildings. Own jobs from design to commissioning. Build control logic, test systems, and close out cleanly. Work with project managers, technicians, and clients on live sites. Hybrid role with site, office, and work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver BMS projects end to end
Develop and refine HVAC control strategies
Configure and commission systems on Niagara and similar platforms
Integrate third-party devices using BACnet and Modbus
Run FAT, site testing, fault finding, and handover
Review mechanical and electrical drawings for control intent
What We’re Looking For
Graduate Engineers and above, up to 2+ years' experience in BMS, automation, or controls engineering
Degree or trade qualification in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Controls, or similar
Solid knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, or other open protocols
Strong understanding of HVAC and energy systems
Experience with programming and commissioning
Explicit communicator, organised, and detail focused
Works well in a team and on live sites
