What You Will Be Responsible For
Developing, reviewing, and managing projects across all elements of delivery
Providing proactive site leadership and managing safety performance
Overseeing day-to-day quality management and contributing to quality procedures
Offering technical advice and problem-solving support
Establishing and maintaining project cost control, with a focus on labour utilisation and efficiency
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Preparing monthly reporting and progress claims
Procuring and managing subcontractors
Administering contracts and managing commercial risk
What We Are Looking For
Full Australian working rights are essential
Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field
Experience on civil projects, ideally land development or subdivisions
A collaborative team player who also works well autonomously
Robust communication skills and the ability to anticipate upcoming tasks
